Badcock Furniture via e-commerce.
We purchased a Sectional sofa and all of the CSR's were great.
At first the issues were not going good based on company policies. But, this assisted in business operations as a learning experience and informative tool.
The issues resolved with E,:-commerce manager, store management,District management and all became great in less than 24 hours,
We are happy to say product quality and resolution is well worth it.
